The Most Overrated Player In The Entire NBA Just Dropped A Double-Double And Won Another Playoff Game
A double-double and another playoff win for THE most overrated player in the entire league. The haters are furious. "Well, that's not a super star statline! " Making up new narratives, and moving the goal posts for the man who just backed up his shit talking. The man who had Giannis afraid he was about to make it on a poster, and the same guy who was popping 3's right in Dame's grill was anything BUT overrated tonight against the Bucks. Tyrese was throwing 3's, his nuts, and Dame Time Cellys in Lillard's face all night.
Not only did Haliburton deliver with the stat line, but he also delivered in entertainment value with storylines straight out of the WWE. This beef will feed families. Dame called Tyrese out in the middle of Game 1, and Haliburton didn't run. Round 1 of the face off goes to Haliburton with Round 2 on Friday. If I had a time machine I could only use one time, I wouldn't go back in time and cure polio or kill Hitler, I'd go forward 3 days so I could watch Pacers / Bucks square off. Grabbing a win on the road will be tough, especially without Sign Guy in attendance. I wonder if the Bucks will be dumb enough to poke the bear - again. Or, if the Athletic will motivate Haliburton by releasing some poll that anyone with a brain/ Rick Carlisle would address as complete bullshit. With all the drama and the storylines, I know I won't be needing any extra motivation to watch.
